This cozy home includes a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with large cast iron tub with shower and a laundry area with washer and dryer. Local channels and Roku (for streaming all your favorites), WiFi internet are all available to guests for unlimited use. Guests have access to a semi-private back patio area, off street parking for 2 cars (1 car will fit under the cover of the carport). The home is on a 1/3 acre parcel with the owner's home. The entire home structure is U shaped with one leg of the U being the Hillview property and the rest of the U accessed from the Coston side of the street. The "duplex" is joined by one (sound proof) wall but is for all intents and purposes its' own home. The fence in the back courtyard creates privacy between the homes similar to a close neighbor. Tree lined streets and nearby walking trail make this a perfect home for people who enjoy nature and want easy access to downtown. Kid and dog friendly, the park is just down the trail.
