This adorable cabin is located on the beautiful Samish Island with peekaboo views of the sound. The cabin has laminate wood flooring throughout. The living room is very spacious and has vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan. The kitchen has ample cabinet space, a fridge, and a gas cooktop stove/oven. The bathroom is a nice size with a small separate laundry area (stackable washer/dryer included). There is a loft with ladder-style stairs that can be used as a bedroom (no closet-hanging rack only). A covered front porch and parking for no more than 2-vehicles. A small pet may be considered with a non-refundable pet fee, pet application, and extra deposit. This cabin is on propane for heat and cooking. Come enjoy island life today! Tenant liability insurance is required a $100,000 min policy. There is a monthly septic fee of $40.00 in addition to rent.

MOVE-IN COSTS: A reservation deposit equal to 25% of one month's rent is required to take the property off the market. This will be applied to your security deposit at lease signing. We collect a full month's rent upon lease signing and will pro-rate the second month. The full Security deposit is required at move-in. The base Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and can be more if approved with a pet and/or an Adverse approval.
