Welcome to Chandler, Arizona -- the Innovation and Technology Hub of the Southwest. We hope our home will be your desert gateway. Located in residential and upscale South Chandler you will be in direct proximity to all that Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa and Scottsdale/Phoenix have to offer. This home was professionally designed from the ground up to be a comfortable and upscale short term home away from home. Everything is brand new, family friendly with a focus on family, sports, fun and comfort.
The space
Our slice of Chandler paradise was designed room by room to offer unique and unparalleled quality. The Family Room features an airhocky table convertible to a professional size regulation ping pong table. The yard is setup to play Speedminton, Badminton, football, basketball or just lay by the pool.
The kitchen features dining for 8 and and baby seating. Unique lighting fixtures and designer glass wall art make this a special place for gatherings.
The living room has two leather recliners with reading lighting, storage and usb charging. There is also a couch that can be configured in a number of ways. All furniture, fixtures, etc are brand new as of Aug. 2017. Living room features DirecTV, highest package offered WITH NFL Sunday Ticket. Watch any game you like on Sunday.
The backyard is very large and features seating for 8, BBQ smoker and good size fenced swimming pool. The home is stocked with basketball, football, ping pong, speedminton gear and a mountain bike for our guests to enjoy. Everything you need to keep everyone entertained.
The master features a 50" flatscreen smart tv w Netflix, a couch and a brand new massage chair which is simply amazing to unwind to. You will not want to leave the master bedroom retreat. The chair is nothing short of amazing if you have not experienced how it helps with relaxation and back, feet, hand pain.
Two bedrooms are configured with twin on full with a twin trundle bed below. Each of these two rooms will sleep 4 comfortably. The closets have dressers and hanging space.
The 4th bd is setup as a guest/office with Queen bed, desk and chaise. This room sleeps 2, 3 in a pinch and has a flatscreen smartv.
We also offer a crib, baby dining seating and the home is one house away from a toddler park.
The home is on a large lot with a 3 car garage and side RV parking although the HOA does not permit RV parking. Only low height trailers can be parked.
This home is outfitted with everything you would expect. High speed broadband (Cox) Wifi throughout the home. DirecTV topline package with HBO, Showtime, ESPN and NFL Sunday ticket with Redzone channel.
