Property Manager - Full Time Position
Full-time property manager for two apartment complexes (48-unit and 36 unit) and 7 single family houses. Property locations are in Lakewood, Parkland and Puyallup areas. The position is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the properties. Compensation is hourly plus commissions for rentals. This is a leadership position which will involve tremendous responsibility.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in the Property Management Industry.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong computer skills.
Friendly, energetic, outgoing.
Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently.
Must have a can-do attitude and be ready to learn.
Be able to follow procedures.
Good multi-tasker who can function in a fast paced environment and stay focused.
Professional in appearance and dress.
Punctual and have attendance be a top priority.
Excellent communicator, including written and verbal.
