Basic qualifications are good credit, stable, verifiable income 2.5 times the monthly rent (approximately $10K per month), and positive landlord references. If we cannot obtain landlord references, you may be denied. 
 For income qualifications, we only consider the combined incomes of the 2 most highly paid residents. All occupants age 18+ must complete an application. As this property is in the city of Seattle, a criminal background check WILL NOT be performed. However, an inquiry will be made to confirm that the applicant does not have to register as a sex offender.
