This listing is for one twin bed (not bunk) in a shared room with triple occupancy in a fully furnished two (2) Bedroom & 1 Bath apartment. This monthly rent rate is for one person, for the Spring semester only. 
This 2-bedroom apartment has five (5) beds with its private kitchen and bathroom shared with the tenants of this room and one other tenant in a private room.
The room includes a separate twin sized bed; two twin sized beds, bunked, with three study tables, a dresser, and a closet to share. 
In addition, tenants of this room will also have access to the rest of the AHR house which is below the unit. 
The AHR house features a large living room with roomy sofas and a flat-screen TV, a complete kitchen, two dining/ co-working areas, three other bathrooms, and a laundry room.
We are looking for a responsible individual to rent this bed in a furnished apartment for either the summer session, fall semester, spring semester, or the academic school year. This apartment is ideal for UC Berkeley and UC Berkeley Extension students, visiting scholars, interns, scientists, researchers, professors, and working professionals.

Our home is designed to offer private spaces without the loss of a sense of community. It is located near downtown Berkeley and quick Bart access to reach the rest of the Bay Area and all that it offers. 
Tenants can enjoy access to a shared kitchen, fully equipped with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwaves, garbage disposal, coffeemaker, rice cooker and other essentials.
In our kitchens, we also provide plates, bowls, pots, pans, flatware and cooking utensils for our tenants' use. We also offer a shared living room/community space with TV, a co-working area, dining areas, study areas, and a living space for socializing.
GUEST ACCESS
All tenants have access to the first-floor living room/community space, the three bathrooms, co-working space/study area and kitchen. Our Living and Workspaces can transition from a peaceful and quiet space to read a book or write a paper to a fun place to chat, play cards, or watch a movie with friends! 
We offer to house tourists, visitors, students, and academics for the Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters. We have placed hundreds of students from Universities from all over the world and we hope to help you find your home away from home.
