4. Are utilities included? 1. Tenants pay a flat fee of $150 for all utilities.
5. Appliances? The Microwave and Refrigerator are included. Sorry, this home does not have a washer or dryer.
6. Parking? Parking in front of the house.
7. Security Deposit at move-in? Usually, it is the same amount as the rent.
8. What credit score do I need? Typically, a 700 or better score.
9. Do you accept people with evictions? No, there are no exceptions.
10. Do you accept co-signers? No.
11. Do you accept no credit? No.
12. Do you accept people without a social security number? No.
13. What is the income requirement? Typically, it is two times the rent amount. You must submit your last two months of pay stubs if you are an employee. Suppose you collect payments from a third source (like disability, SSI, Section 8, or Retirement). If you are considered an Independent Contractor or Self-Employed, I need your last two bank statements.
