We have a upstairs furnished apartment located a few blocks from the Mayo Clinic. It is about 2 blocks to the Methodist or Ghonda building. The subway entrance is 1/2 block away and once in it, you are able to access the downtown buildings without going outside. It is a fully furnished upstairs apartment and we pay for all the utilities which includes Satellite TV and WiFi internet. Parking is on the street which requires a parking permit from Rochester City Clerk office ($30/year + $8 app fee). The coin operated laundry is located on the other side of the parking on the backside of our main apartment building. We offer both long term and short term leases. Short term leases requires a 7 day notice to move out. There is no application fee.
Requirements:
1. Income needs to be 3x that of rent.
2. No Felonies within 7 years and no recent criminal activity.
3. No Pets. (If you have ADA or service animals, please call)
