The home is a two level Deltec house with long range mountain views and plenty of natural light. 
The furnished space being offered is on the first level. It has its own private entrance, living room, bedroom with queen bed, and bathroom. There is a second bedroom on the first level that would be reserved for occasional use by relatives of either the homeowner or the housemate. 
The kitchen is on the second level, accessible by an interior staircase, and would be shared by both parties. There is a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker on the first level.
