Located in the heart of the Snowmass Club golf course about 1 mile from the base of Snowmass Village and about 10 miles from the town of Aspen, the Club Commons is our largest housing complex serving over 275 tenants. Club Commons-I houses approximately 150 seasonal residents while Club Commons-II (New in 2009) houses approximately 120 seasonal and long-term residents. Rent rates at the Club Commons depend on the size and the type of room $550 to $1,800 per month for rent. Rooms in 4-bedroom apartments rent amounts vary from $550 to $575. Utilities are included in rent. Internet & cable are separate (paid for by resident). Linens and kitchen supplies are NOT provided. 
Building #70 has 24, 4-bedroom units with individual locking bedrooms, two bathrooms, and are approximately 918 sq ft in size. There are coin operated laundry facilities on site for building #70. Seasonal residential parking is $100 per season on a first come first serve basis.
Building #52 has 1,2, and 3-bedroom units available and has laundry room hookups inside each unit. Tenant is responsible for washer & Dryer in building #52. Building #52 is for year round residents ONLY and you must be registered and approved by the Town of Snowmass Village to reside. Long term residential parking for building #52 is free (1 space per bedroom). 
The Club Commons is within walking distance to RFTA bus stop and the free Village Shuttle bus stop. Free parking is also available within a 4 minute walk.
