In 2010, the Fraternity established CLVEN, LLC. a subsidiary of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity, Inc. CLVEN, which stands for Causa Latet Vis Est Notissima, the Fraternity's open motto, was created to provide resources, guidance, and even funding to existing and new chapters and provisional chapters looking to improve their facility or secure housing for members. In 2017, CLVEN National House Corporation was created as a standalone entity to better support the growing need for housing from our chapters and replaced CLVEN, LLC. The long term vision for CLVEN is to benefit the Fraternity experience by providing housing to every Alpha Sigma Phi chapter to achieve increased brotherhood, recruitment, retention, and alumni involvement.

This application is for the newly built Miami FL Alpha Sigma Phi Chapter House. Rent will range from $1,841.67-$2,083.34 monthly for 12 months depending on a double room or single room. Occupancy dates will be 10 months. Final occupancy dates and rent rates will be indicated in the Resident Occupancy Agreement that resident and guarantor will receive for signature after the application is processed.
Please note the property is still under contract for purchase and all Resident Occupancy Agreements will be contingent upon final closure and execution of the Purchase Agreement between CLVEN and the current owner.
