Sundancer Properties is a very small, family run company. We walk the walk when it comes to treating our tenants like neighbors. We live a few blocks away in Brooks Harbor ourselves. Got locked out, no fee for that. Its the 5th and you forgot to pay your rent, you get a friendly text not a late notice taped to your door with a late fee. Need a pressure washer, shop vac, air compressor, impact driver, floor jack, or ladder, come borrow ours. Need help carrying the couch inside, I'm 2 minutes away. Snowed in and need to get to work, my truck and plow are at your service before the city plows come through.
