I will be staying on the property with you. Since the home is new, please report any issues with the house, and they will be corrected as soon as possible. Since the home is under warranty, we shouldnt have issues fixing problems with.
NO DRUGS, Friendly if done in the backyard. Any illegal drugs (or illegally abused legal drugs) will result in immediate eviction.
I try to cover some cleaning supplies myself this includes:
Trash Bags
Paper Towels
Sponges
Rags
Dish Soap
All Purpose Cleaner
Dishwasher soap
Mop Solution
(please use them with moderation). Otherwise, any personal items will need to be covered by you.
The cost of the room WILL NOT increase after you sign the contract, so even if the cost of the room goes up, I will honor the original cost you set in so long as you renew.
I prefer someone who is clean and orderly (THIS IS A MUST FOR US TO GET ALONG, I love a clean home. All I ask is you clean YOUR mess.). Im looking for someone to themselves, but also doesnt mind being social at times. Fully Independent, Doesnt require a whole lot of attention(I might move out eventually so you need to be fully capable of taking care of the house without me there). Personally, I like to mind my own business, but cook often, so we may still cross paths frequently.
