Earn $25/hour part-time to perform grounds keeping, cleaning, basic maintenance, and other light duties as needed as well as host and provide turnover service for the 2 bedroom suite setup as a short term rental across the hall. 
No experience necessary but you must be handy, resourceful, friendly, and able to make smart decisions independently. Must have sufficient additional income to cover rent. Must pass criminal background and credit / reference check. Tours and interviews with qualified candidates will be conducted 11/24 through 11/30.
