Discount on Southside Commons Lease - I’m going to be taking a semester off in the Spring and have a lease available in a 4x4 in Southside Commons. The lease can be available as soon as December 1st or January 1st. You would pick up the lease with Southside Commons, (it's not a sublease) but I can offer a signing bonus, or first month free making it less than it would usually be to live in Southside. We can negotiate. 
It’s one of the best spots in Southside. I’ve got a nice view, plus it’s right next to a study nook.
