Built in the 1920's, it's a charming old home with an updated interior, working fireplace and 4 rooms with views of distant rolling hills. It has a large backyard and deck with plenty of garden beds.

My wife and I have lived here for the last three years and love the house and our neighbors but have decided to move closer to family. We are looking for someone to take care of our home and enjoy it as much as we have.

No pets (small dogs on case to case basis with extra deposit)

Tenant may park in the driveway up to 3 cars, but there is no street parking.
