Ideally located, in a quiet tree-shrouded neighborhood south of Ocean Avenue, it's an easy walk to the heart of downtown Carmel with its collection of fine shops, galleries and restaurants. The historic Carmel Mission is only a few blocks in the opposite direction and the locals’ favorite, Carmel River Beach, just a few minutes away by car. Highway 1, providing access to Monterey and Pacific Grove to the north and Big Sur to the south, is just minutes away.
