Carmel is just a few miles away; Pacific Grove and Monterey are a 10-minute drive, and Big Sur about a 40 minute drive.
The multi-level 2800 square feet, 3 bedroom, 2½ bath split level house sits on a hillside and has a wall of picture windows that reveals panoramic ocean views.
The great room combines living, dining and kitchen areas that take full advantage of the gorgeous vistas. Craftsman touches blend with a seashore theme throughout the house. There is a wood-burning stone-faced fireplace and a flat-screen TV. This floor also includes a half bath.
The kitchen has: oak cabinets, marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, an induction stove top, oven, dishwasher and microwave, a long rectangular island with double sinks and counter seating. A Craftsman table and upholstered chairs seat up to 8 in the adjacent dining area.
A den with a wet bar opens to an ocean view deck with a grill and teak table and chairs for 6.
The master, with mountain and ocean views, has its own deck, a king Craftsman bed, wall-mounted TV and wood-burning stove. The master bath with its custom oak cabinetry and off-white tiles has a star's dressing room vanity, a sunken black Jacuzzi tub, a sauna and a walk-in closet.
A few steps down is a 2nd bedroom with a king bed (which can convert to 2 twins), a Craftsman dresser and end table and wall-mounted TV. A 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. All beds have luxury linens and all 3 bedrooms have deck access and ocean views.
A 2nd full bath, with a long wraparound counter and tile, has a shower.
A large laundry room on this lower level has a washer and dryer.
The garage contains billiard table and allows parking for 1 car; 2 additional cars can be parked in the driveway.
