Netflix, Internet, gas heat, and energy efficient cooling for summer use included with utilities. Functional and working Laundry room available for renters.
The room offered is the master bedroom of the house with a large double sided walk-thru closet. Rent is $650 + utilities. This is a drug free home, but smoking outside is okay as long as you clean up after yourself, drinking (21+) is okay, guests and overnight guests are also okay as long as you are respectful to everyone in the home. Discrimination of any sort is not tolerated and respectfulness is required for this living situation. Open communication is my biggest policy!!
