Hemlane connects owners with local real estate agents for specific local property management tasks. Local agents and managers support owners in many ways, from rental showings to annual inspections. Hemlane is nationwide, so check out some of our cities with local agents. Hemlane offers lease tracking, online rent collection, and document storage. We'll communicate with you and your tenants to send updates on late fees, provide income and expense reports, and expedite repairs thorugh our maintenance portal. Hemlane's repair coordination team manages tenant requests around the clock for you. You control the approved thresholds and preferred maintenance service professionals, but our team performs the administrative work.

We are a group of trainers, yogis, doctors, physical therapists, nurses, pilates instructors, energy healers, gymnasts, masseuses, reiki masters, nutritionists, naturopaths, chiropractors, barre instructors, powerlifters, jiu-jitsu masters, and otherwise health-minded people who live together in order to save money on rent and focus our time and energy on our careers and other pursuits. You don't need to work in the health & wellness fields, but you do need to prioritize health and wellness in your life to qualify for membership.

We offer month-to-month, no-lease/no-commitment, completely furnished shared rooms (dorm-style) with an awesome list of amenities plus weekly activities for all our members where you are always invited, yet never obligated. 
We have four large common areas with comfy sectional couches, TVs, fast WIFI, HBO, Netflix, Hulu, etc. We also have a gym, yoga room, co-working space, theater room, weekly breathwork classes, community dinners, daily cleaning of all common areas, and plenty more. Outside, we have an amazing backyard, yoga deck, rooftop lounge, and outdoor meditation area!
