We'll communicate with you and your tenants to send updates on late fees, provide income and expense reports, and expedite repairs thorugh our maintenance portal. Hemlane's repair coordination team manages tenant requests around the clock for you. You control the approved thresholds and preferred maintenance service professionals, but our team performs the administrative work.

- The owner pays for most of the electricity via the solar panels, any overage that is used by the tenant will be billed to the tenant. It is rare to use more electricity than what the panels provide. Landscaping is paid for by the owner.
