Hemlane connects owners with local real estate agents for specific local property management tasks. Local agents and managers support owners in many ways, from rental showings to annual inspections. Hemlane is nationwide, so check out some of our cities with local agents. Hemlane offers lease tracking, online rent collection, and document storage. We'll communicate with you and your tenants to send updates on late fees, provide income and expense reports, and expedite repairs thorugh our maintenance portal. Hemlane's repair coordination team manages tenant requests around the clock for you. You control the approved thresholds and preferred maintenance service professionals, but our team performs the administrative work.

The space
This 1,600 sq. ft. 3BD/1/BA Duplex can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with king and queen beds upstairs, a full bed in the basement, a sofa bed in the living room and a queen air mattress. The rental comes with a fully functional kitchen, partially-finished basement, 2 off-street parking spaces, a fenced back yard and additional complimentary amenities- e.g., secure Wi/Fi, Sling TV & Netflix, washer/dryer, coffee, central heat and air conditioning, grill and fire pit.
Guest access
You have access to a fenced in back yard and 2 private parking spots.
Other things to note
There are no parties or events allowed at the house. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to withhold your security deposit and/or cancel your reservation.
We are a dog friendly rental. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per month. You can select the pet option in the same area you select guest count. If you have missed it, please reach out to us to pay your pet fee. Please inquire about multiple pets, multiple month stays and if you are traveling with cats
Complimentary in-stay clean is scheduled roughly 2 weeks into your reservation. If staying 60 days or more, we will provide an additional complimentary in-stay clean around week 6. Please inquire for stays longer than 60 days.
We require an additional $1000 deposit for local gues
