I have 3 bedrooms available (I’m taking one of the bedrooms) and am currently working on furnishing the rooms with the basics but you can check with me to bring your own furniture too 
Rent:
$600/mo for the regular private bedrooms (1 bath per 2 of the regular bedrooms)
$1100/mo for the private suite/master bedroom which has its own large bath and walk in closet.
We will split utilities and other maintenance costs. Hoa, property tax will be paid by the owner.
