If you have a pet, the insurance must include the pet injury or damage liability. and continually maintain renters insurance naming said pet. The owner must be listed as first insured on the policy. Small dogs okay, Big dogs over 40 lbs accepted (case by case) Some Breed restrictions may apply. Any animal including farm animals, zoo animals, exotic animals and/or any animal with a prior bite history as documented by a previous insurance claim, police report, or civil complaint will be denied.
