The San Leandro Marina is a short walk away. Several restaurants, drycleaners, Asian grocery store, housewares store, nail salon etc. is a 10-12 minute walk away.

- Room size is 13'x10' (130 sq. ft.)
- You will also have access to common areas including the kitchen, dining room, living room, and foyer. The common areas are also fully furnished.

- In-house laundry room conveniently located on the same floor as the bedroom
- Bathroom will be shared with one other tenant of SAME gender

- Utilities are shared with other tenants, typically $100/month. This includes gas, electricity, water, internet, and waste/recycling. This is due on the 1st of every month.
