The service for 4 dinnerware is provided along with all flatware, serving utensils, knife block, cutting boards, pots/pans, baking ware, small appliances (toaster, mini crock pot, air popcorn maker), Pyrex casserole dishes, etc. The table seats 4 and there is also a small game table for your enjoyment. 
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, 2 nightstands and boasts a 7 drawer dresser with mirror. A large walk-in closet with plenty of storage sits between the bedroom and bathroom. This remodeled bathroom features a walk-in shower with a 66" vanity, dual sinks, faucets, medicine cabinet and a crisp new quartz counter top.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 night stands and 5 drawer chest along with a walk in closet and shelving/storage. The guest bathroom has also been renovated with new tile, vanity, faucet, and medicine cabinet.
Included with your monthly rent are electricity, WiFi, water, trash pick up and HOA fees.
