Bright, spacious and facing beautiful huge tree lined courtyard. Washer and dryer in the unit. Common spaces are furnished, and the room comes unfurnished. Building is quiet and well maintained with a great community feel. Building has community room, package room and computer room. 
Location is on Tenth St, close to BART, bus lines, and convenient to Le Cheval and Swans market, and other restaurants and stores. Very close to BART. Relatively quiet area while still in the center of things. 
Your rent is $ 1225. (We split ielectric.) 
Accessibility: The building and apartment is wheelchair accessible, but there is no roll in shower.
