This is a non-smoking home. An additional $20/month resident benefit package (for up to 2 people named on lease plus $5 per additional person) is added to all leases and includes resident portal access, positive monthly payment reporting to credit bureaus, identity theft protection thru Allstate and several other resident benefits. This is a mandatory add on to all leases. A valid renters insurance policy is also required prior to occupancy. All application fees are non-refundable once submitted.
