This is a non-smoking home. An additional $20/month resident benefit package (for up to 2 people named on lease plus $5 per additional person) is added to all leases and includes resident portal access, positive monthly payment reporting to credit bureaus, identity theft protection thru Allstate and several other resident benefits.
