This first floor sweetie has the bases covered but I wouldn’t call it basic… Mainly because I think ‘basic’ is out? Tbh, idk anymore. But I *do* know these hardwoods, and stained glass greeting you upon entry are doing more than saying ‘hey’.
They’re also saying, “C'mon in, check out the place! A cute lil kitchen with newer stainless appliances-“
They pause, “but guess what- we got pictures taken before the brand spankin' new, stainless steel oven hood/vent was installed so we did a half-decent job of photoshopping it in, I just said HALF OKAY.”
And then they’ll prob tell you to check out the bathroom, and bedroom since you’ve had your moment in the dining area already… Oh and that back balcony! Like the cherry on top- er, um- out back.
Street parking if the parking pad is full!
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
