This property is unfurnished. No smoking allowed. Sorry, no pets. There is a monthly $40 'hoa reimbursement fee' which will cover water, sewer, trash, parking, exterior maintenance, and access to community amenities. A security deposit equivalent to a full month of rent is required. In addition to the deposit, there is a $200 lease administration fee. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric.
