Lovely home on a quiet cul de sac in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale- a 5-minute walk to a park and greenbelt (with endless bike and running paths)- a 15-minute walk to the Scottsdale Civic Center, the Center for the Performing Arts, the local library, and nightlife in Old Town Scottsdale- and we are a 15-minute drive to ASU.
1) Home may be rented furnished or unfurnished, or partly furnished. This can be negotiated with the owner.
2) Preference is for a 12 or 13 month lease but there is flexibility so please ask if you prefer a slight variation on the length of the lease.
3) The rent includes a monthly cleaning service, and a landscaping service every two weeks. All utilities are the tenants responsibility.
4) We are also offering a 3 bedroom option for $300 less per month. With this option, we would close off the fourth bedroom.
If you prefer the fully furnished option, the home has the following bedroom configurations:
--One bedroom is a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, bathroom with a double sink and shower, and a walk-in closet. This master bedroom has a private entrance from the side of the house.
--The second bedroom is a smaller master bedroom with a bathroom/shower and a queen-size bed.
--The third bedroom also has a queen size bed with close access to the third bathroom in the hallway with a full-size bathtub.
--The fourth bedroom is currently configured as an exercise room with an elliptical, TV, and a small office space.
The kitchen is complete with modern appliances including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. There is also filtered water and many mini appliances such as a stand mixer, high-speed blender, Instant Pot, and slow-cooker.
Additional rooms in the house include an eating area off the kitchen, a large living room, a dining room that leads out to the backyard patio, and a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer. In the backyard, there is a covered patio, outdoor table and chairs, hot tub, hammock, and electric grill.
