Credit and Background: 700 or above credit score. Applicants with a lower credit score due to lack of history may be considered with a higher deposit. No criminal background. For couples or roommates, both applicants must pass the credit and background check.
DEPOSIT:
A Security deposit in the form of a check or money order that is equal to 1 month's rent is needed to hold the apartment.
A laundry room is located in the basement of the building with modern front-loading card-operated machines, a sink, and a folding table.
Enjoy our fitness center year-round and relax from the sun during those hot summer months in our spacious in-ground pool. Or have a BBQ with friends utilizing one of our numerous grills with free propane provided year-round on the main property located just across the street.
