- I live here with my 2yo dog Leo who is awesome.
I am 36, in med device sales, and just bought this house a little over a year ago and always making upgrades to make it cozier and nicer. I work from home when I am not on the road/in the field which is most days.
$1200 including all utilities and everything. The bedroom is larger than the master bedroom and has its own ensuite bathroom with walk in closet. The house is roomy (2500 sq ft) and has a large deck (brand new). Pool in neighborhood.
Very quiet, peaceful. Looking for someone cool, easy going, clean, and *MUST* be comfortable with big dogs. Leo is a sweet boy but he is a big boy and it's important that someone doesn't have any reservations with that.
About me: I’m 36, I’m in med device sales. I travel somewhat for work but mainly I just work in the metro ATL area. If I am not out in the field, I’m working at home. I’m quite clean and take very good care of the house. I value cleanliness especially in the kitchen. I'd love to have good energy and common interests with my housemate but I'm also good at giving mental space even if we're in the same room at the same time, like the kitchen. I can be social, I also love my sleep. Sometimes I have people over but I mainly go out.
About Leo: He's 2 years old and very high energy, super sweet and will die for you once you're in the circle of trust (it's easy). He loves nature walks, tug-of-war, and snuggling.

This is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2400 sq. ft. Townhome in Smyrna GA. Newly renovated and all brand new appliances. This is my first home and I have put a lot of love into it to make it a lovely and peaceful place to dwell.
It’s about 15min from the Brave’s stadium and about a 3-5min drive to I-285. Roughly 10-15mins from Westside ATL and 20min from Midtown/Downtown. Near lots of great places to eat in the
