- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: - Grills and barbecues powered by gas/propane are permitted, provided that they are a minimum of two (2) feet off of the ground, and kept in a contained device designed as a gas/propane barbecue or grill. Otherwise, charcoal grills, no exterior fires, or open fires are permitted. Wall unit A/C: As-Is
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
- Upon moving in/or moving out you the tenant will be required to pay the HOA a fee of $50 dollars. There will be a $250.00 penalty assessment for all units who do not notify the management company when there is a change in tenant. Payments need to be made out to Heritage Park East HOA and you can submit in our offices located in 7592 Metropolitan Drive, Suite 401, San Diego, CA 92108 from 8:30AM-4:30 Mon-Fri Closed 12:00-PM-1:00PM.
SUMMARY RENTAL CRITERIA
-We look for favorable credit history, good references, sufficient income, and the ability to move-in within 14 days of applying
