The bedroom has a cute built in cabinet perfect for storing book or knickknacks and has a closet storage space as well. Walk through the bedroom to access the bathroom which has a full sized tub and vanity storage!
Included: Heat, water/sewer, trash/recycling, snow plowing, lawn care.
Resident responsible for: electric (Northfield Electric) and cable/wifi (if desired).
No smoking.
No pets.
Off-street parking is first come, first served.
Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
1 year lease required
