Cozy 2/2 Condo in S. Orlando! - Cozy 2/2 first floor condo located in the Hawthorne Villages community of S. Orlando. This property has tiled flooring throughout, spacious living area, two ample bedrooms and a lovely screen enclosed patio. Both water and pest control are provided by the HOA and included in the rent. The tenant must provide their own stackable washer and dryer. Only a stackable unit will fit the space.

The HOA has a strict two vehicle limit and only provides two parking spaces per unit. No additional parking is available, including guest parking. Tenants must have their vehicles registered with the HOA and decals on their cars or they will be towed at tenants expense. Please do not apply if you have more than 2 vehicles.

In addition to our application process, Hawthorne Villages HOA also has a mandatory tenant application process. If approved by us, then the HOA application will need to be completed and approved. The Hawthorne Villages HOA application is an additional $100.00 per applicant or $100.00 per married couple, and they allow only four occupants in the unit. The Hawthorne Villages application process can take up to 7 days for approval.
