$670 per month, plus all utilities. Electric and Gas are required to be in your name, remaining utilities are billed back equally based on space occupancy in the park, which include the water and trash bill in their entireties.
You must pass credit and criminal background check, there is a $40 fee for all over the age of 18. You must also agree to all COOP Park rules.
Landlords in Colorado are required to accept a portable tenant screening report from a prospective tenant:
-The portable screening report must be provided by the prospective tenant.
-The portable screening report must be no older than 30 days from today the date of application.
-The management company or Landlord cannot charge an application fee if the portable screening report is provided at no cost to the landlord or management company.
-The prospective tenant must provide a statement that there has not been a material change in the information in the screening report, since the report was generated.
You are also required to join the Cooperative which has ownership of the Mobile Home Park at a cost of $125, which is refundable on vacating the space and COOP.
