Included living spaces: Living/dining room, Kitchen, washer/dryer, porch,
NEV Community Center with Pool, Hot Tub, Laundry room, pool tables, etc., electric bike and small motorcycle parking might be available under the carport.
Not included: Personal security/ references check, laundry supplies, back yard, shed, telephone, wifi, cable tv-(Comcast wired to home but not connected for those who want to start an installation/account) and carport. NOTE: This rental is best for those without a car. A car parking place at this home or on the street isn’t available.
