Rent is $1250/month including all utilities and trash removal. 1 off-street parking spot is available, for an additional monthly fee. One cat is permitted, with an additional deposit. We cannot permit dogs at this location. References, first months rent and security deposit are all required. A lease of at least 12 months is mandatory, we cannot offer shorter term leases. The apartment is non-smoking and is not furnished. Cable and internet is not included but the service is available in the apartment. One off street parking available for $75/month.
