Our fully furnished, pet friendly, 1 bedroom, Riverwalk Loft is geared towards the traveling nurse, airline personnel, intern, film crew, and traveling professional. We offer Short and Mid Term Rentals (1-6 months). This is a fourth floor walk up.
Our tastefully, appointed loft is beautifully redone with a full kitchen, full bathroom, large closet, bedroom, and open floor plan consisting of the living room, dining room, and dedicated workspace. There is also a kitchen island with bar stools. The loft is furnished and linens are provided along with a weekly cleaning service. The property lies on the river with direct access to the beautifully, maintained Riverwalk which leads to Downtown Detroit. Our property offers free, off street parking in our building parking lot. There is a laundry area in our building.
The rental price is $1600 per month which includes water, electric, heating, and wifi. We are pet friendly with a $200 pet surcharge. We require a refundable $800 security deposit. Smoking is not allowed. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults. Must be at least 21 years old. Parties are not allowed.
Check in and check out are all done by the guest through a keypad lock.
