On the top floor you will have a large master suite with an attached bathroom and small balcony, a guest bedroom and bathroom, and an office. This house can either be partially furnished, or I will remove/sell the furniture that’s currently there. Note that the furniture shown in the images is not what’s currently in the house. I will send photos if interested.
The townhome is a sunny end unit with new engineered wood floors on the main level and the upper level, including the staircase. The main floor features a fully remodeled kitchen with new white kitchen cabinets, granite, grey stainless appliances, sunny eating area, and Trex kitchen deck- It also includes a new half bath with quartz countertop- new windows and sliding doors- a wall-mounted television, and a new gas fireplace.
The spacious master bedroom with a remodeled bath, features a balcony, large remodeled closet, and ceiling fan. This bedroom also has full mountain views. The guest bedroom has a full closet, and is located next to the re-modeled guest bathroom. The office has an open wall.
The townhome backs to a large green space and has great mountain views from all three levels. The nearby security gate provides access to the highline canal bike trail. The community is beautifully maintained and has an outdoor pool, tennis courts, small gym, clubhouse, and indoor hot tub that you will have full access to. In addition to being bordered by the highline canal trail, this community is less than a mile from the cherry creek bike trail, city of chennai park, cook park and the cook park recreation center.
Parking: You will have use of one side of the attached garage. There is guest parking across from the garage, but please note that there is only space for one car to park at the townhome. If you have an additional car you will need to park it at the spots next to the tennis courts.
About the basement renter, Katie: Katie is a full-time nanny who’s family lives in the townhome next door. She doesn’t drink or smoke, and works outside of the house full time. While Katie uses the kitchen, she’s not a big cook, so you will have full kitchen access at all times. Katie will also be helping me maintain the house, as I have moved up to Lafayette. Katie has been a dream roommate for me, and I know that you will feel the same!
About you: I am looking for someone who is relatively quiet (no big parties, please!) and is a non-smoker with no pets. Although, if you do have a pet I would be willing to discuss a pet deposit. You will need to agree to the HOA rules, but they are nothing out of the ordinary. It’s a lovely community that I truly enjoyed living in.
