Tbh, the 300 movie reference is way old- and to be even more honest, I never actually saw the movie when it came out. HOWEVER, this unit is like the big black hole they kick people into, minus the death and anonymity. But, it is BIG and has a great view of Sparta- I mean the CWE. Again, I never saw the movie. HOWEVER, I DID see, in-unit laundry, wide open spaces with sky-high ceilings- large enough to host a ping-pong invitational or something- and modern AF kitchen and bathroom situations. What else? Street parking, unless u wanna dish out $100/mo for garage parking.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog- BIGGINS ALLOWED HERE- pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
