Dinner plates, dessert plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware set and drawer tray.

Wine/bottle opener, can opener, potato peeler, mini cheese grater, scissors, measuring cups and measuring spoons.

The only shared space will be the garage if you need to use the washer and dryer on your weekly scheduled days (to be agreed upon) or if you need additional storage space. However, you will have your own separate entrance to the garage.
