Beautiful Furnished 3-Bedroom Home Near Audubon Parl
Our beautiful, historic, furnished 3-bedroom home is located in the most exclusive uptown location, right near beautiful Audubon Park, Whole Foods, and tons of restaurants, boutiques, cafes, and spas on Magazine Street, including some of the citys top restaurants - Clancys, Patois, Saba, Avo, Bistro Daisy, and so many more. You can also easily walk to the street car that takes you straight to the French Quarter. And for Mardi Gras, youll be close to the uptown parade routes.
Its a 2-minute drive to Tulane and Loyola and extremely close to Newman, Willow (formerly Lusher), Lycee Francais, and several other uptown schools. There are almost no furnished homes for rent in this exclusive and luxurious neighborhood, so our house is a rare find.
The house is 2400 square feet and has 3 large bedrooms -- two of the bedrooms have king-size beds and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. Our home also has 2 full baths (both with shower and tub), as well as a living room, an office/potential fourth bedroom, a spacious entry room with a full seating area, a dining room, and a large eat-in kitchen. The kitchen has gorgeous stone counter tops. stainless steel appliances, an island with stools for dining, and a loveseat for chatting and relaxing. The kitchen opens right out onto our spacious second floor newly built deck that has seating for at least 6, plus a grill. Relax with your morning coffee, a cocktail, or meals as you look out over our enormous, lush, fully-fenced in backyard, great for kids and pets. The house has many wonderful historical features like fireplaces, 11-foot ceilings, plaster ceiling medallions, refinished original hardwood floors, and beautiful arts and crafts windows. The best of old New Orleans historic charm in the most exclusive neighborhood, with the best the city has to offer so close by!
The house is very comfortably furnished with king-size beds in two of the bedrooms (and a queen bed in the third bedroom), a pullout loveseat in the living room for extra sleeping space, a large flat screen TV and leather furniture in the living room and sitting room, etc. Our home has a great central heat/AC system and excellent wifi. Youll also have plenty of private, off-street parking in our long driveway for 3-4 cars. YOu never have to worry about a storm or hurricane knocking the power out, because our WHOLE HOME GENERATOR will automatically turn on and keep everything in the house running smoothly.
there are plenty of childrens books, toys, and games available if desired.
The home has a 2400 sq ft basement where the laundry is located and it offers tons of storage space if you need it.
Come stay in our lovely, serene, and totally private house in the most exclusive neighborhood in New Orleans!
