360-2 Hodges Valley Rd Duplex - 360-2 is a duplex unit located approximately 2 miles from downtown Boone and minutes to Caldwell Community College. 2 bedroom/1 bath with a large yard and a back deck. Unit available is the unit pictured.
Rent is $585 PER PERSON for two people or $1,170 for one individual taking the whole unit. The rental price includes water/sewer, trash pick up and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electricity. This unit does include a washer and dryer. Pets are allowed (upon approval) with a pet fee of $30 per month per approved pet (limit 2 pets). Online rent payments and 12 month lease. Both tenants for the duplex go on the same lease, we do not offer individual leases for our houses/duplexes.
Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and $385 refundable security deposit is due. Fees are per person. If only one tenant is leasing the entire unit, leasing fees are the $200 non-refundable administration fee and $970 refundable security deposit.
