All utilities (electric, cable, internet, water, septic) except garbage are included in rent. Garbage is the tenant's responsibility.
Great Access to water and to kayaks as well.
No pets, no smoking.
Parking is a bit tricky and is located above the studio (you can see parking in 1st picture). There is a significant staircase leading from parking area to studio, so tenant must be able to manage this if they have a car. Quick/easy access to Tacoma ferry.
Property is shared with owner's who are on property part time.
