Brand new (2022), one tenant, duplexes that feature vaulted ceilings in the living area and master, breakfast bar and small dining area. Hardwood floors throughout, central heat and air, fenced back yard with patio, stainless steel Samsung kitchen appliances (side-by-side fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, sprayer, range/oven and built-in overhead microwave). Separate utility room with electric washer and dryer hookups, additional storage in the HVAC closet in the garage. Each unit includes a one car garage and two additional parking spaces in front of your unit. Additional parking is limited to the cul-de-sac near your unit.
Our 3br/2bth duplexes currently rent for $1775/month. We require a flat fee of $100 for water/trash/sewer and have a contract with Spectrum for cable/internet for a flat fee of $75 making the total to us monthly $1950. You are responsible for your own electricity and who you use is up to you. Unit is all electric.
A refundable $700 deposit is required to hold a unit once approved. We have a 1 dog max per unit and require a $200 non-refundable pet deposit. We do not require a deposit for cats, caged animals or fish. Any emotional/service animal must have a RX or note from the doctor for deposit waiver. We do not accept online certificates.
NOTICE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT HOUSING OR SECTION 8. We also require a 650 credit score from one tenant responsible for the lease. MUST HAVE A YEAR OF VERIFIABLE RENTAL HISTORY & PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK. 12 month lease required. No pit bulls or rottweilers are accepted.
