Ocean views and evening sunsets can be enjoyed from the balcony off the living room.
Guest bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor. The spacious master bedroom suite features a king size bed, a seating area and a patio overlooking the community. The room also includes a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower tub combo. The second guest bedroom includes a queen size bed. A bonus room can be used as third bedroom option with a trundle bed that includes two twin beds. The guest bathroom includes a glass enclosed walk-in shower. Other features of the townhome include: air conditioning, fans, WiFi, Roku streaming player, beach chairs, boogie boards, board games, books and a BBQ grill. The rental also includes a washer/dryer and an attached two car garage.
