We are looking for someone who will honor the space as if it were their own. A one (1) month’s security deposit will be required as well as an application, which includes employment verification and a background check.
100% No smoking & a $50 monthly pet fee for your furry roommates 😊. This does not include utilities, and any repairs will be the tenant’s responsibility. The house is in great condition, and we’ll give you a list of recommendations for people to call.
