I have a 3-bedroom town house with canyon views. It's about a 7-minute drive to UCSD and about a 10-minute drive to the best beaches. This place has very easy access to the 805 and the 52 freeways. The house will be shared with you me and one other person. The complex is surrounded by canyons on three sides with beautiful walking paths. The kitchen, bathrooms, living room and balcony are all shared. There is always plenty of parking in front of the house. Both available bedrooms are very large.

I'm a software engineer that works from home roughly four days a week. I'm very low key. I don't have people over hardly ever. I get up most mornings and go surf.

I'm open to having another dog, so long your dog is well behaved. I'm allergic to dogs so I don't allow any dogs on the furniture. I would expect you to train your dog to stay off the couch. I would also request that you keep your dog clean. I've found this helps me not have any allergies to my dog.
